- Ralph Romero26.11.2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Bun Bo Hue soup needed a bit more depth. Wasn't spicy enough for me but that could be due to them being mindful of their customer profile. Spring rolls were a bit salty and the pastry dwarfed whatever filling was inside. Rice paper rolls were dominated by noodles and could have been balanced better by reducing the noodles and increasing the herbs. Was expecting a hoi sin sauce to go with the rice paper rolls but ended up with sweet chilli which doesn't work as good. On the positive side all ingredients were fresh. Service was quite slow for a quiet night with a lot of staff on site. You're better off making the trip to St. Albans to satisfy your pho craving.
